Sky sports pass doesn’t let me access channels

I have a sky sports month mobile pass and it won’t let me watch sky sports main event or sky sports football, when I click on it, it says I’ll need a sky sports pass, even tho I have one active

With a NowTV mobile sports pass you only get 5 out of the 11 number Sky Sports Channels which are Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing & News and must be viewed on a smartphone.
