Sky sports day / 3 month pass NOT WORKING

I recently purchased the full sky sports day pass which said it came with a 3 month mobile pass as part of a special offer. However the days pass has now ended and the mobile pass does not work. Can someone help me with this or process a full refund?

The offer is on the main NowTV website.

 

@Anonymous User according to the T&C's (see screen shot below the 3 month mobile sports pass can take 10 working days to be automatically added to your account).

 

I doubt you will get a refund because the 3 month mobile sports pass is a freebie.

Ah yes I’ve just noticed it says it takes 10 days for the mobile pass to become usable. I guess I’ll have to wait. Thanks!

And don't forget you can only use a smartphone and watch one of the five permitted channels which is Sky Sports Premier League, NFL (Action), Arena, Racing (Horses) and News with a Mobile Sports Pass.
