Sky sports Season Pass 22/23

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows if the Season Pass (10months for £25)will be running this year? Or even 12months at £25?

How does that work?

They can stick it - If I don't get the £19.99 for 12 months offer. I wouldn't take anything else knowing people are paying less.

Why let some pay £34 and others £25 and then some £19.99? It's the principle of the thing.

exactly my point;

£20 is on the border of being fair price (if they could ditch charging for HD it would be totally fair price)

Agreed. It's a shocking business strategy. I've been offered (and purchased) the Season Pass for the past 2 years...but then all of a sudden I haven't been offered it this year.

No idea why they're are picking and choosing customers.

My year long season pass is due to end on 16th August. I did a cancellation dummy run and was offered £19.99 per month for three months. Should I take this offer or cancel completely and wait and see if I receive the 12 months deal?

One positive aspect of taking the three months deal is the end date is a few days before the beginning  of the World Cup finals. I'm hoping that NOW will do a deal to entice any lapse customers back afterwards.

I'd be happy for 3 months.

There is no Premier League in December until New Year's day on Sky (Boxing Day is on Amazon); World Cup is on ITV/BBC so they will have to come up with some sweet deal to keep people on; F1 Abu Dhabi which is last race was last year on Channel4 as well so the only thing I'd miss could be F1 Brazil (but then I still have one day sport pass on my Now stick)

Last day of Premier League is Sunday 13 November and next games on Sky will be Saturday 31 December.   However likely to be a lot of EFL games in between as a World Cup alternative.

Take the three months and then resume in late December.  Though renew on 28th December as there are only 28 days in February and renewal day will move back to 28th.

I did another dummy cancellation run yesterday and found that the offer of £19.99 per month for three months has been revised to £20 per month for six months.

Is this a better deal over the previous offer considering there is no Premier League between mid November and late December on Sky?

Could I cancel after the last round of fixtures before the World Cup and wait for possible offers after this competition?

You can cancel after last round of fixtures on 13th November and then wait for offers from 28th December.  Ideal if your month renews on 14th of month but not so good if it renews on 12th of month.

Thanks everyone for the updates. I had the 12 months Season Pass for £200 upfront (with £5 p/m Boost on top) expiring on 8th August. I cancelled it before it renews at £35 p/m. I still haven't received an offer email for this season.

Would very happily renew again for £200 upfront for 12 months should they send the offer.

In previous years, I recall some people being able to post a generic link to the offer or a voucher code - anyone able to do this this year?

Sorry, already gave mine away as I won’t be using it.

I have seen people posting online that they have received an email offer for 12 months for £19.99 which is due to expire 04/08/2022. I have not had such an email

The email is generally sent to those who do not have an existing sports membership.  However not everyone gets it.  Likely to be a more widely available offer on Friday via website.

Neither have we, so it looks like no football or horse racing for us.

My 12 month (already cancelled) deal runs out on Thursday and it doesn't look like Now are interested in offering me another deal either.

In all likelihood, the deal will be made widely available on Friday just ahead of the Palace v Arsenal game as the email deal ends on Thursday 23:59.  Probably £25/month for 12 months.

Mine runs out August 5th I’ve battled with them on live chat for an offer for days. I paid £200 for 12 months last year. I’ve got a season offer last 3/4 years so frustrating

Similar. Waiting for a sniff of an offer. Last year was £200 so £20/month for 12 months would still be a 20% increase. Surprised they don't want to lock people down for 12 months given the break for the world cup.

Cancel for November/December when all the football will be on BBC/ITV and wait for the inevitable offer when the football resumes.  Will only cost less than £200/annum as football season end in early June.

As mentioned earlier, I'm looking forward to the offers when the World Cup starts and Amazon Prime has all the re-start games on Boxing Day. 😎
