Sky sports £19.99 offer

As I try to cancel my subscription to sky sport in the £25 a month offer I get the new offer of £19.99 a month but every time I try to apply the offer it says there is a problem

Firstly take a screen shot of the retention offer, just in case it disappears.

Then try a different internet browser when attempting to take the new offer.

If still no joy, then jump over to NowTV live chat for further assistance and tell them you have taken a screen shot has proof that you was offered the deal, but the NowTV systems for some reason will not allow you to take the new retention discount offer.

I’ve tried live chat that was no help and I’ve tried all different browsers and nothing changes

I’ve never had problems before applying an offer

Take a screen shot and try live chat again, where you may have dealings with a more understanding live chat advisor.
