Sky cinema voucher

Entered a sky cinema voucher on 20 November to replace existing voucher which ran out on 3 December. Since the 3rd December I've been unable to watch sky cinema even though my history says a payment was made and another one isn't due till 3 February. It's also telling me I don't have a sky cinema pass and need to purchase to view, I was advised by the help team to do this and would be reimbursed if payment was taken, however it won't even allow me to do this. Any ideas
