Sky Sports offer error

Hello,

My Sky Sports offer is due to end.

i went to cancel it yesterday and today.

i was offered a one off renewal price of £16.99, which I want to accept, however it keeps coming up with a Technical Error.

Cant find any way of starting a live chat.

Anybody else had this problem?

I am in the same postion.  Same offer.  However, when try to claim the offer website keeps going around in a loop with a message... this is really embrassing try clicking on the offer again!!!

 

Doesnt work.  Tried contacting on live chat not much use.  

 

Any ideas as like to accept the reduced price of £16.99 ?

No i contacted now tv live chat and they said it was a online offer but

Yep in the exact same boat, I'm cancelling if this doesn't work in time for the next billing.. I can't afford the full fee.

For me it's "Well, this is embarrassing… We're not sure what happened there. Please try selecting your offer again." with the mobile sports pass cancellation offer
