Hi,
I was just wondering why some people have been sent emails offering them a 12 month Sky Sports pass for £19.99 a month, and others have been sent an email offering the same 12 month Sky Sports pass for £14.99 a month.
Then there are those who didn't get any email and have been offered a Sky Sports pass at £26 a month.
I received the £19.99 email myself.
Why must some people pay more than others? We all have a cost of living crisis to deal with at the moment.

To be fair £20-£25 is still discounted and far preferable to paying full whack to Sky directly, complete with long-term contracts. So look on the bright side. 🙂

Yeah thanks, it's just infuriating, I guess people who don't watch Sports channels regularly are sent the email with the lower price. They know dummies like myself are comfortable paying £20-25

Have you spoken to anyone on live chat to get you a better deal? As generally they are pretty good at removing existing deals and applying new ones. Have done it countless number of times.

No but that's a good shout, thank you! I'll try and hopefully I can get something decent for the new season 🙏

Have just tried the live chat having only been sent the standard available for everyone £26 per month offer which of course has now expired.
NOW wouldn't offer any deal on sports over the live chat. Wouldn't even take 1p off so not worth the time & effort.
I've cancelled my Cinema membership & Boost as I only had them until I thought I'd get a decent offer for the sports when the season started. Well with no offer, NOW are getting no cash out of me until a decent offer comes in. If no offer comes in there will be no subscription. Can't see how some people are getting £14.99, £19.99 & even £21 offers & yet NOW ran a frankly rubbish £26 offer excluding what you pay for Boost for everyone else. Last month of course when there were no decent sports on they had offered £19.99. Their loss

Feel your pain mate, as my reply to Santi above. The only way to get offers emailed to you is to have more than one Now account and it's then pot luck which email address the offers come to in the future
