Sky Sports membership only showing on web browser version

Hello,

I purchased Sky Sports for £19.99 per month for 12 months. It is only showing in the web browser version of Now TV though. It does not show on my mobile app or fire stick. How do I sync it through to all versions?

Hi @Samomatic 

Have you opened the NOW App on those devices and from the App home screen, click on the gear wheel icon top right corner and used your correct NOW login details you purchased the Sports Membership on ?

Yes, pal. I've logged out and back in with the same login I used to purchase the Sky Sports package. It is showing the Entertainment Package but not the additional Sky Sports package. It only shows it on the web browser.

Does the web browser show you your Entertainment programmes, and let you watch them?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Hi @Samomatic 

If the Entertainment and Sports Membership is on the same single account , perhaps do a fresh App download on those devices and then do a full power down, then give it say 2 minutes and restart the power on the devices, then log back into the NOW App.

If that doesn't work get in touch with NOW live chat and they can look into this in more detail by pulling up your account.
