Sky Sports Pass Cancel/Refund

I accientally purchased the 1 week sky sports pass. Please can you cancel this and refund at the earliest. Thank you for your time.

With regards to any refunds you will need to contact live chat.

A one week sports pass doesn't auto renew so you shouldn't need to cancel it, but maybe get live chat to cancel it their end on your behalf.

Here's a link to live chat below, select the most relevant or nearest topic, then once you get to the final stage of the process and scroll towards the bottom of the screen page and hit the drop down arrow below Get in Touch to reveal the live chat button.

After live chat have hopefully sorted you out, then go into your My Account > Settings & Pins section of your online account and add a Payment Pin which will give you further layer of protection and should prevent this ever happening again, where you will be asked to enter a 4 digit code before buying a pass in the future.

Did you go onto Live Chat like @schnapps suggested? As this is a customer forum, so we would not be able to give out refunds, all we would be able to do which @schnapps has already done is advise you how to get your requested refund.
