Sky Sports Monthly Pass Retention Offer

Wanted to cancel Sports Monthly Pass and was offered an extra month at £16.99. However, when I press the button to accept I get an error message: 'Well, this is embarrassing ... please try selecting your offer again'. I've re-tried selecting the offer many times and eventually tried the chat line and was offered a refund if I pay the full amount, which doesn't really solve the issue. Anyone else encounter this problem? ..

Same thing happens for me. Now TV offers a retention offer and then when you click to accept the "This is embarassing" message flags up. Yes it is embarassing and very irritating too. I've tried different browsers and computers but always the same result. So frustrating...
