Sky Sports Mobile free 4 month pass not working

I’ve had a free four month sky sports mobile pass applied to my account but it’s not working. The pass is showing as activated on ‘my passes’ but I can’t watch any sky sports channels on my iPhone or iPad. When I try I’m just prompted to buy a pass.

With the Mobile Sports Pass you will need to use your iPhone with the NowTV App.

The mobile sports pass only allows you to watch on Sky Sports Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing & News channels (all other channels will come up with a message to buy a full blown sports pass)

When you go into the NowTV App on your iPhone under the My Account section of the App does it show your mobile sports pass ?

My free 4 months sky sports pass isn’t working , it’s showing up on my tv app as active but not on my I phone 6 ! Any suggestions please?
