Hi,
I have brought a 1 week sky pass to watch the F1 in a couple of hours but when i apply the voucher code to the 1 week sky sports page it says "Well that didn't go to plan" wait a moment and try again!
I have been trying for almost an hour, to make things worse after eventually finding a link for live chat on google almost impossible to find elsewhere and filling in TV and then technical problem the box just vanishes, I have tried on firefox and chrome! Yes i have nowtv player installed and can watch a TV show no problem, I have also setup the parental and payment pins as requested! Can anybody help is there some technical problems? Thanks
