Sky Cinema Offer

Got the email offering one month free Sky Cinema trial available until Sunday 29 September but when I try to use it, it says voucher not valid! Any help?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
If you take an offer that comes with a ‘free trial’ of Boost or another Membership, Cancel them straight away. You will still get the full duration of the trial, and if you decide you do want to continue with one or another of the trial products, just revisit the Cancel, and UnCancel it.

Tried getting on the chat nothing ever comes up now just goes round and round the automated bot.

i received the same offer with a code NOW7HAYUGLUE89 it said expired on the day it arrived although supposed to expire 29th. There is no chat or any form of help with nowtv just the stupid chatbot that never helps.

 

nowtv has become a waste of time where there is a problem

If you do get the chat working they will probably give you a better deal on the offer. They offered me Sky Cinema Month Pass for £4.99 a month for 4 months.

 

My guess is they sent out an old offer by email and the support team have no idea.
