Sky Cinema £4.99 home screen offer

Guys, 

          every time i login I get a message offering Sky Cinema for £4.99 for 3 months as an exclusive offer. However when I click on it I get a screen saying that the system was unable to retrieve product information. Please can someone tell me how I can actually get this offer onto my account?

Perhaps try another internet browser.

Are you on an existing Cinema offer that has more than 30 days left or currently outside the UK on holidays for example ?

I have seen this myself first hand in the past, where the offer is still showing under Exclusive Offers for You under My online account NOW Membership, but the actual offer had expired and wasn't removed by NOW.

Hi @PeterC 

You could also try typing "unable to retrieve product information" in the NOW Community search box for any similar threads, where maybe somebody has found a way to claim the offer.
