I "won" a NowTV pass via McDonald's, the pass has automatically rolled over onto billing me monthly and I've cancelled - I now want the refund for the paid service I haven't used.
It seems though that this will be easier said than done as NowTV's livechat never seems to be available and references made to refunds are minimal.
I cancelled before the money even left my account, I have no interest in the service, I just want my refund for the paid service I haven't used before I get hit with a line like 'you had to ask within 14 days', I've been seeking to speak to someone about this for at least 3.
Any help would be appreciated.
