I have purchased a week pass for sky sports yet I cannot start watching it as it is saying I require a pass, anyone got an answer

When going to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here does the one week sports pass show on your account ?
What playback devices have you tried with the sports pass ?
I know LG Smart TV'S running Web OS are currently having issues with passes at the moment, where NowTV / LG are in the process of fixing it according to NowTV Twitter.
You best bet would be to contact NowTV live chat (use this link below to access the green chat button).
Should live chat not work for you, then try a different internet browser or another device with a browser on it.

Have you tried deleting the NowTV App off your phone, then reinstall a fresh new NowTV App from your phone Apps Store ?
