When I put the code in for my Sky Cinema pass that I bought, it is responding with:
“Hmmm, it looks like that voucher isn’t valid yet. Check the start date and try again later.”
Why is it saying this?? Please can you get this code to work ASAP...

What kind of pass have you bought? If it is a "gift card" pass, it could be that the retailer has failed to validate the pass at the point of sale. If that is the case, you would need to take it back to the retailer and ask them to validate it. Otherwise, you should get in touch with online chat and explain the problem to them.
