A number of times now I have accepted retention offers with emails to confirm them. For some reason they don't appear in my account or just do not activate. Online chat is frustrating as they either say you don't have such an offer despite the emails or they say you do but then it just doesn't start so you're back on chat. Just had such a chat with a very pleasant operator but am pretty sure that come October another operator will be telling me how mistaken I am. Anyone else?
