Last year when we signed up we got a Black Friday Combo Offer. A few months ago we enquired about renewing our contract and we were told to phone in December and they will apply the same discount upon renewal.
We just phoned to renew and the agent basically said that could not really expect to get the same deal again. We should only phone on 15 Dec and Nowtv will see if they can apply some sort of a discount, but nothing is guarenteed.
This is shocking, with every agent you get different answers. Nobody can tell me what discount a qualify for until 15 Dec, thats the start of the new contract.
