Reduced Payment this Month, didn't work

Hi There. I am wondering why i got an offer/email saiying NOWTV reduced my payment this month to £1 and they haven't done that yet. When will they, its been two weeks.

The offer should be applied and starts for your next payment. 

Assuming it was in the last 2 weeks you received the email?

Never had the pleasure of receiving one of these £1 NOW email offers with all the time i have been with NOW 😠.

 

On the email offer does it say the £1 deal will be automatically added to your account or you had to click a link on the email to accept the offer ?

 

If there is a accept button or link to click on have you tried a different internet browser (assuming the offer expiry date is still valid).

 

Also if there is a link and it doesn't work with another browser, then see if when clicking the link there is a code embedded in the URL address bar when the link is re addressing where there might be a code starting with NOW************ which you may be able to write down and apply to your account.

 

I am also assuming the email address from NOW corresponds to the NOW email account you are checking online (just in case you have more than one account and looking online at the wrong account) where i have seen this happen before.

So i assume since this was at the middle of September it should've
applied to the September payment but it didn't. So i'm a little confused...
I've been with NOW for a while, so i'm wondering that's why they offered,
no idea!
