Mobile pass showing in account but still saying no passes in app so basically completely useless. Reinstalled app, turned phone off/ on still same 🤷♂️
I have a receipt for Sky Sports Mobile Month Pass but I was not able to download it. Is this system just too complicated? Difficult to find where to get help.
Should the NowTV Mobile Pass not work with the NowTV App (not internet browser) on your smartphone only, where you are entitled to watch only five channels with the pass which is Premier League, NFL, Arena, Racing (Horses) or News.
And a fresh download of the NowTV App from your phones Apps Store doesn't help, then you need to get in touch with NowTV live chat.
This has also happened to me. I have contacted online Help and they have adivsed that it is only certain channels that you get. However when I bought it it advised Sky Sports Crivket, F1 etc. This is a shocling service. Also now it wont work on the smartphone. Whats the point of having it???
Now TV has never "hidden" the fact that the mobile pass only supports a handful of channels and only available for mobile phones.

With a Sky Sports Mobile Month Pass you just get access to 5 channels: Sky Sports Premier League, Sky Sports NFL, Sky Sports Arena, Sky Sports Racing and Sky Sports News.
