Anyone had any recent experience of NOW Broadband (only broadband) via Quidco cashback payments?
Joined NOW in March this year, bought via Quidco, tracked the cashback initially at £80 (as expected). Since then have gradually seen it progress on Quidco, retailer approval 'green' seen but missed 'expected payment date' in mid August. Still waiting now, and when I chased Quidco up they were not helpful only to say sometimes the affiliate network delays payments... they also added the cashback amount now tracked lower to £64. Not sure why.
Has anyone else experienced the same? Who should I be chasing for this? NOW or Quidco? Both seem as bad as each other.
