Purchased new stick and skipped the passes

Hi all

ive purchased a new now tv stick. During set up I skipped the free passes page and now I can’t get them back or find them ? The box has no codes and live chat goes nowhere ?how can I get my free passes back as they don’t show in my account (previous account logged into )

What do you mean Live chat goes nowhere? 

My assumption if you skipped “free passes” when ordering the stick it’s unlikely you’ll be able to get them offered again.
