What playback devices are you using ?
When you go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here does it show your purchased passes ?
Also when going to My Account > Bills & Payments does it show the money taken for the passes ?
If everything looks correct, then go to your playback devices and under the NowTV App my Account section of the App, sign out.
Then i would power down your playback device, then switch the device back on again, then sign into the App with the exact same nowtv account details that you double checked your passes by following the above instructions in paragraphs 2 & 3 of the above.
Hopefully this will then kick start your entertainment & cinema passes into action (fingers crossed).
