Problems with accepting offers for pass

I have cancelled my sports and entertainment pass and was offered discounted rates for each  but when trying to accept them it keeps saying technical error ooops something has gone working please try again later. I have been trying for 3weeks. Can anyone help please?

There is, alas, no customer-to-customer advice I can offer for what is probably an account snarl-up.


But if you email customerservices @ (without the spaces), giving them your account details and a description of the problem, they should be able to help you further.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
