I have recently purchased a cinema month pass. My current pass runs out on 22nd may but my account will not allow me to add my new pass on.
I have no way of contacting now tv so hoping you can help.

Do you get a message saying something like "you are currently on an offer" ?
If so have a read of this linked thread below, where you need to cancel your existing cinema pass fully this month well before the 22nd of May and then apply your own sourced voucher code on the 23rd of May.
