Pre paid pass

Hi I paid for a 2 month entertainment pass which starts on 5th of July but now tv has taken £7.99 off me this has happened before any suggestions thanks

When you go to My Account > My Passes on here does it show that you are on a two month entertainment offer ?

If not try applying the voucher code again making sure that you get the thumbs up confirmation on screen.

If the voucher code has already been applied, go to My Account > My Payments to see if the recent £7.99 payment matches the payment date on your bank statements and also it's not a day sports pass which has accidentally been purchased.

Should the dates differ and not a day sports pass, have you ever created more than one account and if you have check those accounts also just in case there is still an active entertainment pass that needs to be cancelled to prevent auto renewal each month.
