Please help I’m bringing to lose why brain cells I have left

Hi guys looking for help. In the vouchers section of my account I have 2 vouchers 1 month each for free on entertainment and cinema. No matter what I do it will not apply them to my account 

 

tia any help would be appreciated

Do you currently have active memberships with discounts already in place?

 

Try another browser like Edge or Chrome.

 

Head onto live chat, by clicking “chat online”.

Literally in the post up thread. 

Click “chat online”, are you doing this or clicking “get help quicker” if it’s the latter this is the bot. 
You have to click “chat online”.

And you said not; but it’s not if there are discounts or not, it’s if there are memberships with more than one month still to run. So do you have any of those?

 

The next questions are where the vouchers came from, are they genuine, and if they are, might they have already expired?
