Hi, I have the entertainment now pass through my mobile contract. I went on this morning to watch it and it’s telling me I have to use the 7 day free trial to watch it. It was working fine last night and my mobile contract is not due to expire yet. Has anyone else encountered this before?

I am guessing you have tried logging out and signing back into the NOW App again on your playback device or devices ?
If that doesn't work try temporary unplugging the power to your playback devices and at the same time i would be tempted to try a reboot also on your Router.

Is it happening to all your playback devices and what devices are you using ?
If it's happening to everything then are you using a VPN ?
Should you be using a PC or Laptop then check on the URL address bar there is a gb in the address if a UK customer or ie in the address if you are a Republic of Ireland customer.
