I have started a movie pass today after an email with a 3 month offer. I had a confirmation email saying I had the movie and entertainment pass registered but I cant watch the movies it keeps saying I need a movie pass...confused

What playback devices are you using ?


When logged in on here under the My Account > Passes & Vouchers section does it show your active Entertainment & Movies pass ?


If so, go into the NowTV App on your playback devices and under the My Account section check that the email address or username corresponds to the same details when checking your account from the instructions above.


Should your account details match, then perhaps temporary log out and sign back in on your playback devices to see if it kicks starts the passes.

Thanks, I had 2 email addresses registered so the pass wouldn't work on the one I was trying to use. All sorted now though. Thanks
