Hi everyone. I was giving some vouchers for movies and entertainment but the payments are still trying to be taken for my old passes that have just ran out. How can I stop these payments being taken and also it’s not showing the new bill date for the passes i was given so can I cancel current ones and then reapply the vouchers I was given??

What you do need to do if you currently have any offers on your passes is to let the offer run out and then before it reverts to full price you should be able to apply the voucher.
