Passes applied but not working

Hi, I started my NowTV with a stick & bundle. Before the trials ran out I applied a entertaintments pass that was bought from Tesco. Then I got a freebie six month cinema pass from Confused.com and applied that. But when checking my credit card I found I've been charged for both of these on my card also ????? 🤔😮😖

I also set up a NowTV for my mum & dad just before lockdown (stick bundle) and applied a 2month entertainments pass on their's. this was set up to my card and there's two more charges for this also.!!!!

I guess you mean ‘working but not free as expected’.

 

Email customer services‘at’NowTV.com (where ‘at’ is replaced with the usual @ sign) about this.

 

And put a Payment PIN on any NowTV account you are paying, so you can control what is ordered on it, and so don’t get any nasty surprises.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
