Did you purchase the pass through the nowtv website or was it a sports pass voucher code ?
Also did you receive an email confirmation that you purchased a sports pass ?
When you go to My Account on here and click "Passes and Vouchers" does it show that the one month sports pass is activated ?
Make sure your playback devices matches the email address that the nowtv order confirmation was received on and the account you used to check your pass when going to My Account (if showing pass available to watch).
If it was a voucher code, maybe try applying the code again if the green apply voucher button is still showing next to the month sports pass on My Account > Passes and Vouchers.
