Overcharged

I had a now tv membership which was meant to be half price for 6 months and I have been charged full price from month 2 and I can not contact anyone about this issue the website does not work

Otherwise use the method indicated in the post from @redchiz1 so you can speak to staff.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
