I opted in to the pay for a month and get 3 months free and when iv looked on my next billing date it says next month? Was wondering if someone could help me with this please

Are you checking your passes on here by going to the My Account > Passes & Vouchers section or looking at your passes via the NowTV App on your device.

Where the NowTV App can only see your pass one month ahead and can't see the full pass duration if you are on a offer which has more than one month left on your account.

What does it say by going to Passes & Vouchers on here by clicking the drop down arrow below the pass to expand the information where it will tell you the next full payment date.

In the small print it does it say for NEW customers? ‘cos I’ve been caught out with a similar offer.....
