Offers not worked against my account

I’ve recently joined now and subscribed on an offer to have free trial of entertainment and movie package and then it would be £11.98 for 3 months. My payment has gone out and I have been charged two lots of £9.99 on the same date. How has the offer after free trial not been linked to my account and how do I get it resolved?
