Offer

I have been offered 2 months sky sports for £20 if I don't cancel my current pass. However when I click to accept I get an error message saying the offer cannot be accepted and to try again. No matter how many times I click the offer, it doesn't accept. Anybody else getting similar problem?

@Anonymous User this is a regularly reported glitch. Either pop into live chat and explain your situation or email

 

customerservices @ nowtv.com (ensuring no spaces)

 

with a screen shot of the offer and ask them to manually apply it.
