Offer taken then cancelled

I went to cancel my -passes which expire 26th (entertainment)  and 28th (movies)  of November.

When i cancelled movies i was offered 3 months at £2.40 a month which i took.

then cancelled entertainment and was offered 3 months at £1.60  which i took.

Then when i returned to home page it said there had been an error and my entertainment pass was cancelled with no discount for the three months and only the option to renew pass  at full price on the page . The movie discount is still valid. 

Where do i go to query this guys?  any ideas?

After 3 attempts on Live chat where i kept getting timed out and not understanding my query, The Third person i chatted to solved the problem in moments. i admit to beginning to think that i may as well just cancel everything  but decided that one last attempt to get my issue resolved  was on the cards.  What happens after the three month period is still being decided by us, We are so disappointed that NowTV didn't have their Black Friday 12 month offer again.
