I was signing up to a £6.99 per month for 6 months deal, but had a technical issue when inputting my payment details. Now the offer has disappeared. I don't want to pay more, when I was signing up for £6.99 per month, its so frustrating.
Never-mind, my partner has managed to negotiate the ridiculous sign up to find the offer again. A bit of a con to dangle an offer, then take it away again! Not happy already, only been a customer for a couple of hours.
If you had came on to look for help from staff on your account then you were sadly mistaken. All account issues are always directed to Live chat for TV or phone support for broadband.
FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
