NowTV Pass not showing

Hi,

 

I purchased a 6 month cinema / entertainment pass for one off payment of £50.94 today however the pass is not showing on my 'passes & vouchers' and when I click on a movie it asks me to buy a pass

 

I have installed players on Android phone and windows device however neither shows up in devices as I cannot play content yet

 

Is their a delay from purchase to pass being available.

 

Any help you could give would be appreciated.

When you go to My Account whilst signed in on here under Passes & Vouchers or Bills & Payments is there any indication of this offer on your account ?

 

Also when you check your NowTV login details on your devices do they correspond with the email address you received the offer from ?

This sounds the same as the issue I've had with a 6 month entertainment pass I bought a few days ago. I was not sure if payment has gone through but can see it now on my credit card and can see it under billing within the amount page. I just can't access any TV programs. Will try and talk to live chat tomorrow.
