NowTV Broadband: not received Argos voucher

I believe my service went live on the 27th December, I was told I would receive my £50 Argos voucher within 60 days but 60 days have passed and I'm still yet to receive it. I don't suppose anyone here is able to help with that?

 

Why is it so difficult to find an actual phone number to simply call Now TV? Dies anyone know their customer service number?

I've tried everything, I've had no replies, it seems they have been told to ignore us.  
Maybe we should all contact trading standards?
