Now tv

Last week I cancelled my now tv free pass because it wouldn't play. However I have now corrected this. When I cancelled my pass I was offered three months at £3.99 per month. Could I take this offer now, as the issue is resolved?

I would try speaking to live chat to see if they can offer you the same deal.

Just explain to them what's happened and why you didn't take the retention offer when you cancelled the pass originally.

Yesterday I purchased a day sport voucher . It showed on my Bank , and on my Now TV account , but NOT on the viewing page .

I then had the most frustrating hour when they said yes they could see the purchase , but would I try it again and they would back credit me , but it would not work.

They had my money , no manager was available,  and they could not turn it on. Appalling customer service,and I relied on them for some viewing as I am housebound much of the time. I will try to find a more reliable company .

Yes , I had a similar  experience. Customer service is a joke. You have my sympathy. Try shudder tv.
