You haven't received any email recently from NowTV about a discounted offer automatically applied to your account by any chance ?
When is your next due payment date on your account for the pass that the voucher you are attempting to apply ?
If you have received one of these above NowTV discounted email offers automatically applied to your account, then you need to cancel the pass fully and once the current active pass has finished.
Then see if it will allow you to apply the voucher code you bought from Sainsbury on your account.
@Alan70 it probably means Sainsburys didn't activate the card. Did you get a receipt that indicates they activated it? I don't know how Sainsburys do it but most retailers issue a receipt for the activation that is separate to the payment receipt.
