Hi,
I have the same issue and the pass was in a sealed box.
Why has this happened?
Would help if there is a public reply rather than email reply so others can know what the issue is.

Just open my sealed box and the pass has also been used? What do I do? 😤😤

Do you mean that when you opened the box package that the scratch card voucher silver strip was already scratched off showing the code or when after scratching the silver strip off yourself and entering the code on your account you are getting a "already used message" ?
Live chat would be your best option, they may be able to add a new voucher code to your account or they may refer you back to the retailer you bought the box from for a refund or replacement.
