Now tv discount

I activated now broadband, the cinema and entertainment passes were suppose to be added on at 50% and haven’t and no discount code have been sent.

Interesting, did you take the broadband with one of the offers listed on this link?

If so I was under the impression they would be able to deal with the TV membership tied with the deal.

Give the broadband team a call, if I am being honest I don't know the length of time it should take for you to receive it. Number in my signature below.

Broadband team won’t help as they don’t deal with now tv.

They will if you took out broadband with the discount for TV memberships

I’ve already rang them and they said no they don’t deal with that and to use the live chat on the website
