I have 2 kids vouchers and a hay u voucher I have a email saying and I can provide a screenshot of from nowTV where they offered to swap them for a 6 month boost voucher which I want to do so I said ok now every email is getting ignored and live chat are saying it's with the concern team for weeks. Why am I been ignored for a simple task.
