When you checked your nowtv entertainment voucher pass was it on the NowTV App such has a mobile device ?
If so, certain devices can only see active NowTV passes only one month in advance.
I would double check the duration of your voucher offer by going to the NowTV website with your internet browser and under the My Account (person symbol if using a mobile), then selecting Pases & Vouchers should then show the full duration of any NowTV passes (click on the drop down arrow below any active passes to expand the information further).
