Is that the 3 months sports for £20 per month discounted offer ?
If so you could try this code SPMUWBH6ORQY by manually adding the code by going to My Account > My Passes where if you are not currently on any sports offer or active sports pass running then there should be a green apply voucher button next to the one month sports pass.
Please note i am not sure if the code will work, where i extracted the code number from the url link address bar on the nowtv sports offers website.
