Now TV Sky Movies stack 1 year

Just bought the Now TV Sky Movies 1 year Stack for 55 pounds. Got aknowledgement via email, but not showing up in the NOW TV box as a voucher. no code provided in email. Instead asks me for free trial?? Has anybody else had this issue?

Yes, definetly looged into correct account. It's even showing in the bills and payment section of my payment.

I'm having the same issue. Currently on the 14 day trial but charges been made and my cinema stack not showing on now TV before I started trial

I had a web chat with them and got it sorted. No bother. Forum wasn’t helpful. Call or webchat I would say.
