Does anyone know if NOW TV will sell annual passes for Sky Sports football 2020/2021 season or will there just be monthly and weekly options?
Solved! Go to Solution.
It’s only selected people through marketing who get the email so I think we should all just stop the comments and wait till the 9th and see what happens commenting on here ain’t gonna get u a email Apart from everyone moaning let’s just wait and see ain’t that long to wait !
BT are now doing Sky Sports (every channel) and BT Sport for £20 per month for six months for BT Broadband customers.
Plus £5 per month for HD and BT Sport Ultimate.
Do you need to be a BT TV customer for this with their box, or can you get this BT offer by just being a broadband customer and watching on NOW TV Stick.
I filled in the form on the BT website to see the total cost but didn't complete the order.
Within 10 minutes I've received a sales call offering me Fibre 2 for £24.99 a month. BT Sport Ultimate, Sky Sports (via NowTV) for an additional £20 a month for 6 months (rising to £40 a month from month 7) on a 24 month contract with free activation. Total cost £1440 = £60 a month. They've also guaranteed the price is fixed for 2 years with no additional charges.
If I get the NowTV 9 month offer my total cost over 2 years with my current internet provider and my current BT PAYG subscription would be £1890 = £79 a month plus the hassle of chasing NowTV offers and/or applying vouchers!
Starting to look like a no brainer!
I haven’t an received an email with the sports offer yet. I have had sports pass for over three years now.
If it included HD, I could be persuaded with that deal. But you would still have to pay an extra £5 for HD on top of that.
Same here, it seems that it's always the loyal customers that get shafted.
This should be a general offer for everyone and I really don't understand why it isn't. Terrible way of doing business and I suspect a lot of custom will be lost here.
If it’s still on offer I wouldn’t mind that code please.
Get in touch via live chat that what I did n got the offer of £20per month
For how long?
Got an email for £20 pm for 9 months. Decent price, not sure though, in case the football is stopped again in the future, and I'm stuck with it.
I'm tempted by that BT deal. Just 6 months though... decisions decisions.
@Stu161 - just tagging you for the previous post. How long did you get the 20/month for?
I tried live chat, was told there is no such available offer.
Was then told that there will be new offers coming up next week.
Pathetic customer service!
...it's cancel anytime - we reckon one of the main reasons is for exactly this reason.
Got oct for 19,99
Got nov dec n Jan for £20
@Saint1976 - did you go for that deal? I'm thinking about this deal too. What would you do after the 6months though?
@Anonymous User I'm holding off until the 7th to see if I get the email from NowTV. I asked BT to email me the offer so I don't lose out and give me time to think as it's a 2 year commitment! I'm also hoping they might offer a bit more 😉
@Anonymous User after 6 months it's still cheaper than NowTV pass and my BT sport's pass combined. £40 v £61 a month.
@Saint1976 - they definitely aren't budging on the 6months unfortunately. At least for me anyway.
How is the NOWTV and BT Sports separately coming out as £61/month? I'm assuming you'd get the £20/month NOWTV in that amount.
Can someone please explain what this by sport offer is as I pay £25 a Month and I’ve never heard of bt doing any offers since I’ve been with them in January.
@Larnie - they are offering a package deal with fibre 2 broadband for £25/month and a sports package that includes BT Sport, Boxnation, and all the Sky Sports channels for an additional £20/month for 6months (increases to £40/month after).
Oh right that’s not a bad deal. That’s a bit poop I can’t even do that 😄 I’m in a contract with now tv broadband till February otherwise I would have
